My only beef is the rapid turnover seeing the same doctor all the time as feel they don't know you so it's back to square one.

good waiting area and great you have some parking. Really efficient service with attention to detail - Great!

Very Very difficult to get to see a doctor. Phone lines blocked from 8am queue if you come down

Reception always very very busy but have found receptionist helpful and understanding. Patients usually see Dr fish who is very patient with them & me. Was able to see nurse on same morning which was a great help. Thanks you to all at the practice.

News and updates about the practice would be really good. Maybe a few times a year. Bearing in mind lots of us are not on the intranet.
